About Labalytics
Hi, I'm Dave. I built Labalytics because I was tired of betting tips that ask you to just trust a number with no way to check it.
Why this exists
Most betting content is a pick with no working shown — trust the tipster, or don't. Labalytics does the opposite on purpose. Each fixture's headline markets are a calibrated probability — a model checked on held-out seasons so that when it says 80%, it lands close to 80% of the time. Markets it hasn't cleared that bar for are shown as plain recent-form counts, clearly labelled as such. Either way you can see exactly why it says what it says.
What it's actually built from
Named plainly, not hidden behind "proprietary data":
- API-Football — the single source for everything that drives a probability: fixtures, results, team statistics, and the Bet365 and Betano prices shown against each market. Team crests come from here too.
- TheSportsDB — crests for the handful of teams API-Football doesn't cover.
Everything else — the probabilities, the Models builder, the accumulator tracking — runs on top of that data, in the open, with the reasoning explained on the Models page rather than hidden in a black box.
What Labalytics isn't
It's not betting advice, and it's not a guarantee. A calibrated 70% still loses three times in ten, and the recent-form counts are exactly that — a description of the past, not a promise. Markets the model hasn't validated for a given league are labelled, and where a bookmaker price is shown the gap to it is information, not a tip. Bet within your means, and treat every percentage here as one input, not the final word.
